What to expect
The first call is a working conversation, not a sales call. We’ll ask about your DoD contracts, your environment, and what you have already done. By the end of the call, you should have a clear sense of which of our service lines (if any) is the right starting point, and a written follow-up summarizing what we discussed.
What to have ready
Nothing formal. A rough sense of your contract types and clauses, an estimate of your employee count, and any prior CMMC work you have done. If you have a current SPRS score, that is helpful but not required. If you do not know what any of those things mean, the call is still useful; it is often the right starting point for organizations earliest in the journey.
