What to expect
The first call is a working conversation, not a sales call. We’ll ask about your DoD work, current compliance posture, environment, and what you’ve already done. By the end of the call, you’ll have a clearer sense of the right starting point - if any - and we’ll follow up with a summary of what we discussed.
What to have ready
Nothing formal. A general sense of your DoD work, applicable contract requirements, employee count, and any NIST SP 800-171 or CMMC work you’ve already done is helpful. If you have a current SPRS score, bring that too - but it’s not required.
